Due to changes within the NORML chapter guidelines, the Oregon Medical Cannabis Awards are no longer sponsored by Oregon NORML. Fortunately, the World Famous Cannabis Cafe has agreed to carry on the tradition by hosting and sponsoring the event.
This year marks the 10th annual Oregon Medical Cannabis Awards (OMCA) – the only event of its kind in the United States. The day event is free and open to the public from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and features a unique green shopping bazaar and educational programs to be held at the World Famous Cannabis Cafe, 322 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97216.
