Koos Zwart Award 2018
The Dutch Drug Policy Foundation (Stichting Drugsbeleid) is the receipiant of the 2018 Koos Zwart Award. Spokesman Raimond Dufour accepted the Koos Zwart Award on behalf of the foundation stating, “It is encouraging to receive recognition for the many years of dedication that the Stichting Drugbeleid has contributed to the normalization of cannabis use, among other initiatives.”
