Cannabis Cup 1990 – The 3rd Awards. November 1990 – Amsterdam, The Netherlands
1990 – ‘The 3rd High Times Cannabis Cup’. The third Cup saw the introduction of different award categories. The Seed Bank had yet another hot streak, taking the prize in all categories. Judges this year included Furry Freak Brothers’ artists Gilbert Shelton and Paul Mavrides, as well as the founders of the Provos, the most famous Dutch activists from the 1960s. Shelton and Mavrides became the first world-class artists to create official artwork for the event.
